Dr Charlene WernerCharlene L. Werner O.D.

Dr Werner has practiced developmental optometry for 18 years but has expanded her practice in the last 5 years to include light and sound therapy as well as homeopathy. She has found that this combination helps most of my patient attain better vision, a more positive outlook on life, and better health.

Light therapy, Sound therapy, Vision Training & Homeopathy:

“By utilizing the techniques of the Syntonic optometrists what I witnessed was nothing short of miraculous and amazing. By stimulating the eyes with light, patients visual performance dramatically improved in a short period of time. How can someone explain this phenomena. The analogy I like to use and explain the vision system is comparing the vision system to a computer. The photoreceptors are like your keys on your keyboard. There are approximately 1.2 million of them in each eye. And when clicked with light, this data is taken to the brain or hard drive and the operating system which in turn run all the software programs. So the control of eye muscles, tracking, focusing, and visual memory, even the heart, kidney, lungs, and all bodily functions depend on accurate key strokes, access to the hard drive, a powerful operating system, and efficient use of software programs. Light therapy and VT help you with your “computer system”.
